You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our Services

5. Navigation and Information Disclaimers

• Navigation, campground listings, and safety alerts may rely on third-party data.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or safety.
• Always verify critical travel details (road conditions, clearance heights, campground availability) before traveling.

6. Third-Party Services

Campfyre is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of such services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.

7. User Responsibility for Safe Travel

Campfyre provides trip planning, navigation, and campground information as a convenience. You are solely responsible for verifying route conditions, campground availability, vehicle clearance, and all other travel details before and during your trip. Always comply with posted road signs and applicable laws.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfer

• Campfyre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
