How suggested hours are estimated

Starting assumption: 80 rigs, 2 people per rig, 4 days, and 24 events saves 10 admin hours, 12 schedule/update hours, and 8 support hours.

Registration/admin: 7.5 minutes per rig. Schedules/updates: 30 minutes per event. Support: 0.5 minutes per attendee per day for general questions, plus 2.5 seconds per attendee per event for activity-related questions.

These are adjustable planning assumptions, not measured Campfyre savings. Organizer capacity value represents freed-up time; it becomes cash savings only when paid work is reduced.
