Welcome to Campfyre. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Campfyre website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Campfyre LLC ("Campfyre," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Campfyre, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Campfyre is an RV travel and community platform designed to help users plan trips, discover campgrounds, participate in rallies and events, connect with fellow travelers, organize travel information, and access related services. You agree to use Campfyre only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You may create an account using supported authentication methods, including third-party providers such as Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

You are solely responsible for content you submit.
Campfyre provides tools for users to report objectionable content, inappropriate behavior, and policy violations. Users may submit reports directly within the Platform. Campfyre reviews reports and takes appropriate action, which may include:

Where required by applicable platform policies, purchases made through mobile applications will comply with applicable App Store and Google Play requirements.

Campfyre, including its software, trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, designs, content, and related intellectual property, is owned by Campfyre LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Users may permanently delete their account using the account deletion functionality available within the Platform. Campfyre may suspend or terminate accounts that:

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMPFYRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMPFYRE LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Campfyre may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
